Who we are
Pallas Care believes that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, sensitivity, and to feel safe while maintaining independence. Whether you are temporarily recovering from an illness or injury or require more long-term services, Pallas Care will put together a customized care plan to suit your needs. We're here for a long-term relationship with you, not a transaction.
Our Personal Care Attendants provide the highest level of care because we treat them like the professionals they are, investing in their development and wellness. We recruit, train, and retain the best talent in the home care industry.
Our mission
We provide tailored in-home care services that help our clients maintain their independence and age with dignity.
Our philosophy
We’re focused on providing you with the best care experience possible. That means we’re responding to your needs, not offering a one-size-fits-all service. This requires us to be nimble, adapting rapidly to changing conditions. We’re constantly asking, “how can we do better?”

CEO
Jennifer has been working within nonprofit organizations since 2007. She was inspired to found Pallas Care after witnessing firsthand the many challenges that LGBTQ+ seniors face, and the lack of culturally competent services to meet their needs.
Jennifer graduated from USC's Marshall School of Business in May 2023 with a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship. Rich and Jen met in class and realized they shared the same passion for helping people age with dignity. She also completed a Certificate in Gerontology at Pasadena City College in 2023.
Jennifer is the treasurer of the board for the OUTWORDS Archive, a nonprofit dedicated to capturing, preserving, and sharing the stories of LGBTQIA2S+ elders nationwide.
